Prom/ corroboree....the nite we waited and the nite where everyone looks gorgeous and handsome ( A tribute to fathers oso)

Ok if Suet Yoong says dat she hav about 18 draft blog posts and she is procastinatin then im even worse. I dun even hav the drafts. Look hw outdated my blog post is. Prom was like a month ago. Oh man. Need more time to catch up. Me so lazy lar aiyo.

Time to cut the crap and talk bout prom. Prom was held at Sunway Resort and Spa at 18th Nov (correct me if im wrong cos i really forget liao, gomenasai). The theme was masquerade. So verybody was supposed to wear mask. I gt my mask(check my fb for the mask pic). Everybody was stunnin. Michelle's dress was even nominated for the best. Me and Jere helped her cheer. I nearly fell when i jumped on stage (My advise... never try anythin crazy such as jumping onto the stage when wearing leather shoes). Toastin with all the lecturers was fun. We even tried to challenge other table's 'yam seng' even if we have very little guys shoutin comapred to other table. We wondered around half way thru lookin for lecturers and everythin dat we din eat half of the things served. Wat a waste. Bt time shud not be wasted upon eatin as i always say. Toastin with Miss Kwa and for her baby. Do let us noe when the baby is due. Takin lots of pics. When it ends, i cannot blieve time fly so fast. Its like we were waitin for months for prom and it finish so fast. We were the last few to leave. In the end a few were reduced to tears. We were huggin, shakin hand. So tight is the bonding of this class. Im surely gonna miss u all.

We were oso given free ticket to MOS. Bt being underage i cant go. Bt nvm im nw 18 and i definitely can go. Screw u the MOS ppl for barring me entry due to a couple of days prob. Feel like cursin u. Anyway im on anytime to those who wan go clubbin together. Hehe.

Oh ya n dun think i gt the wrong title or gone cuckoo when i typed the title. Well as we all noe there was one lecturer missin durin corroboree. To those who din noe (and obviously quotin jk shame on u if u dunno who to all G4) it is Mr. John. I met him the next day n wat was the reason for nt goin to prom. He told me blatantly his wife is outstation. He has to take care of his daughter. Well actually there is a specific reason to y he so caring of his daughter. Bt i shall nt disclose it. Nt without his permission and certainly nt to the netizens and the whole world. Let only the few noe and lets keep it dat way. Anyway, i wasnt angry with his reply. Usually most student will few upset. Sir u din attend our prom. Bt to me he is jz a real family man. Nt many ppl would choose to take care their child at home and disappointed his students. Bt Dat wat he did. And i admire him for dat. He could hav jz prepared dinner for the daughter and ask her to take care herself while he go for the prom. Anyway it was jz for one nite. Bt no he did not do dat. He stayed at home takin care his daughter. So to all fathers. This is my tribute to u. To all those children, appreciate ur father's sacrifice. Mr John, i salute u.

Dengue.....be alert

Actually i wanted to blog bout corroboree bt instead i shud blog bout dengue. Oh well sgt is the hotspot for dengue (always famous 4 the wrong thing i suppose). I hav frens who hav to take spm in hospital due to dengue. So the stupid mosquito is wreakin havoc again after chikungunya last year which i unluckily hav it oso. So dis year i gt dengue to add into my collection of mosquito related illness. So i think of adding malaria, JE and elephantisis to my list of mosquito related illness and get a veteran strip for each illness (much like the soldier rank and those u noe). Anyway gettin to noe dat u hav dengue on ur own birthday is nt pleasant at all. To all those who say i enjoy my birthday thx a lot bt i was sufferin actually. Here's my blood test report as a proof.
The normal platelet level is 150. Mine was 135. Notice the date oso.

Melaka

Since im at melaka 2day i shall blog bout melaka trip. Bunkin for 4 days in wan dien hse. Finally i can nw say dat wan dien hse is big and nice. Took a taxi there from Melaka sentral (cost RM20). First day on arrivin, rest at wan dien hse. Play football and frisbee.

The next day, we went to the town. DP mall, A'famosa (nt the resort), St paul (i think), jonker walk ( which is very much like a pasar malam), and Taming Sari (din really enjoy it lol.... im afraid of heights). Nt 4gettin, temple. Ya im happy to hav the oppurtunity to go temple and pray. Walk the whole days. Leg was very tired bt altogether fun. Nite time. Eat satay celup at Ban Lee Siang at Jalan Ong Kim Hwee. Nt bad. Quite nice. Took a taxi frm jonker to the restaurant. The taxi driver was quite a nice chap. He even let us squeeze five person into the taxi. Later, back to wan dien hse. Try to 'steal' my cousin car bt he said it needs servicing and i cant use it. wat a bummer.

The next day, Jere came down. Hav to go sentral and pick him up. Later we went to Suet Yoong hse. Her mum was ultra nice. She has very good bro. I quote Jere, Your brother make my brother look like devils. Anyway another day of soccer. And dinner. Suet Yooong mum is a very good cook. And very frenly too. Hav birthday celebration for nov and dis babies. Well and dat include me. Night another bday celebration. Dis time for Shu Sim. The little gal has turn 18. Went n c my cousin again at nite. Wanted to get my 'new' hp frm my aunt who jz came back frm uk. bt she was sick. so abandon plan again.

The next day was time to go back. Those who suppose to go back by bus nearly miss the bus. hehe. Jere spent nearly half an hour in the bathroom. dun blame me. Jere drove some of us back to subang. All was fine until he bang my rubbish bin. xp. Anyway. Dis is jz a short summary of melaka trip. it was a fun and entertaining trip. All thx to the frens of course.

Exam crunch time

Oh well. As i hav some spare time 2day, i take dis oppurtunity to blog bout exam. Bt b4 dat as promised in my last post, my hand. Haha. The hand dat was bitten by mysterious thing. Swollen until dat big. My doraemon hand as exclaimed by Jere and Mark


So anyway SAM exam was as usual u noe bla bla bla hard........ I will once again curse those who say SAM is easy. Anyhw, some say dat the finals was easier whtan trials. Sry to all those bt i beg to differ. I actually thing every paper was harder. Diff ppl has diff view i would say. Anyhw the results will come out a week b4 christmas. Wat a nice christmas gift eh?? Good luck to all SAM students in their result especially those in G4. Dis is a short post for n2. Next will be the Melaka trip. when i feel free then i will blog.

B4 Exam

Oh well here i am waitin in the library for SY. Gt to pass somethin to her. Its rainin cats and dogs outside so she cant come yet. Dis is y i came to the decision to blog. Well dis r the few things that happen b4 the SAM final examination. It was tiring and lethargic exam i would hav to say. Towards the end of the exam i jz dun feel like studyin and jz wan the exam to end.

Anyway, one of the biggest incident probably happen on the friday b4 the exam. I was sleepin then i felt my hand is tight and painful. It was 4 o'clock in the mornin so i din giv a damn bout it. When i woke up at six only then did i realise my hand was swollen. Hardly able to grip anythin. Still for my own good i did two bio ERQ question with a swollen hand. Nt the best job bt decent enough i suppose.

Later, went to sch first. Handed over the ERQ to her and oso showin her my hand.
Miss Loke, U better go c the doctor. Let's go to the program office and get the SACE special provision form. Wat a caring mentor.

Anyway gt my special provision form and i head off to c the doc. Was the first patient in the clinic i suppose.

The doc, Wat is wrong with u dis time?
Me, Well doc look at my hands.
The doc, Omg, ur hands are swellin. Somethin nit u. triggered an allergic reaction and causin oedema in ur hand.

Ok then. More pills to eat. 3 types of allergic pill. Curse watever that bitten me. U really make my weekend hell. Even jere exclaimed dat my hands looks like doraemon's hand. I will show the pic of my hand dat time bt for nw i cant cos i dun hav my hp with me in the library. So cant upload the pics. i promise i will do so in the next post. Most probably 2nite or 2moro.

Was considered fortunate as my hand healed b4 the exam. So off i go to exams.

P/S: I din take the special provision thingy cos i hav to go to the doc and the form filled up. No time to go c him lol. Phy the next day after ESL.

G4 is 4eva.... i love dis class

I honestly break the rule dis time. I promised myself no bloggin, no on-ing the com bt alas i hav to blog dis time. Initially i wanted to blog on friday bt no time as i hav to hurry bac to sgt. So here im on a sunday nite typin out my feelin for the past ten months with all the great individuals in the class.

Oh well, i admit i was scared durin the 1st day in class. A guy frm a small town thrust into the class in the big city. Hearin dat my class has ppl frm VI and CBN. I was like ok elite sch pupils. And also dis class doesnt seem to hav guys. Dat really freak me out. Anyway, the first day i sat with Min Chern. Kinda cool guy. The first day after introductions all went bac. Quite a scary first day i admit. The second day, intro to lecturers. After the brief intros, i seriously thought dat Mr. John was kinda scary person. Bt time has proven me wrong. Agree? No offence k Mr John. Well, studyin with all the lecturers hav been a fun experience. I sincerely thank all the lecturers for all their guidance for the past ten months. Sry to Miss Kwa when arguin for marks durin the second class test. I really raised my voice. Too emotional sometimes. Gomen...... To Miss Ng who is sometimes in good mood sometimes in bad mood, the mood swing real fast bt the guidance come fast tooo. Not onli in ESL bt oso manners and oso bout life. Mr Tharam is always the funny one. ALways understandin. Always mark me present even if im absent. Careful when u ride ur bike. To Miss Loke the mentor, thx for the guidance and everythin. The cookies were nice.

Well, its nice noe-in all of u. To those who left us earlier..... i still remeber u all. The ppl of G4 left bt will always remain as G4. The close bondin of a unit. I hav to say dis is the best class i hav ever been in ever since my schoolin days. I doubt there will be a better wan. I will echo Min Chern dat if we were to be given the chance to study SAM again, i will definitely choose u all again as my classmates. No wan will be left out. Shud we be selfish and stay put as a class or shud we be good and disperse ourselves. Clearly Mr. Tharam, ur words makes me start contemplatin. Ten months proves to be too short a period of time. In dis final few words i would like to express my gratitude to all the classmates. The apology to those who was annoyed by me. My best wishes to all in the comin exam. My hope dat every wan will be somebody in life. And my utmost regret for not noe-in every wan better. Good luck to everywan and always remember to keep in touch. Dun 4get me, the anoyin person frm a small town.

A laid back interview

Ok im nt bein complacent here bt the University of Adelaide interview was a very laidback one. The interviewer was like Im gonna ask u a few question and im gonna make some notes. Im nt goin to use it in my assessment. After askin question for bout half an hour, he was like ok pls wait outside and i will write the assessment. I thought he will finally start askin interview ques bt no. Ok the interview is done and you can leave. Good luck. I was stunted and speechless. When did the interview started?

Ok Ashlea, the obese interviewers werent here. Bt the interviewers werent small either. One took a mooncake frm somewhere and was like i gt dis frm my malaysian fren. Its quite nice. Have a jelly like texture. Then he was eatin. All the interviewers were then eating. My interviewer b4 intherviewing me had the chance to eat the final piece and exclaimed dis is good b4 comin and say come lets go. OK so i loss the bet. So as promised a cup of slurpee.

Interestin day

Went shoppin with my cousin 2day. I decided to get expert opinion on my prom clothes. So, i pick up a nice shirt. Aint disclosin the detail yet. U will hav to wait till prom to noe wat it is. Anyway, my cousin treated me to toastbox. Milo dinosaur was nice. Still i hope they will include a spoon next time. Anyway, after another round of shoppin, we hav Hagan Daas. Nt very gud with the spellin bt the ice cream was gud. Dun b jealous haha.

At nite, my uncle treated us to Japanese meal. We ate at Jyu Raku in SS15. The food was good. Sashimi was plenty. I normally dun eat prawns bt the dragon roll was nice i hav to admit. Even the avocado salad was good. Saba was also nice. I love eatin them with daikon. The chawamushi was very smooth. The ochazuke was very nice. Cant blieve rice with tea will taste so good. Shud giv it a try if u hav the chance. U wont regret them bt of course make sure u hav money in the pocket.

I must work hard...... Dis is my resolve

Ok. Gt my marks 2day. Its nt encouragin at all. So then its like a wake up call. Its do or die im afraid. i dun fell like dyin so i guess i will hav to do somethin. So dis is my list of dont for the time bein. For any suggestion pls drop it in my cbox.

Mid Valley

I 4gotten when was the last time i went Mid Valley. On this faithful day, I met Duhen there b4 he fly off to Kuching back into the clutches of Swinburne. So then hav to be early 2day to Mid Valley. Malaysia public transport sucks as usual. Luckily, I managed to get a seat on every train i boarded 2day. A new record . Anyway i was in Mid Valley a few minutes after 10. First stop cinema. So, Duhen bought tickets for Gamers at 11. We went to McD for a breakfast. I oledi had mine at home so i jz have a cup of coffee.

Gamers was a nice show. Bt sometimes i admit the show was movin at such a fast pace at some scenes dat i dunno wat was on it actualli. Dat doesnt justify the bad review for the film tho. After the movie and a game of foosball. Duhen left. All the best to u in Swinburne. I played pool with the two of his frens. Sorry cant remember ur names there. Bt they r cool.

After dat, i met up with Alicia at Mid Valley. I wanted to buy some prom clothes, bt the prices jz turns me off. Man im no rich ass with money fillin up my pocket. Need to find a more feasible option. Any ideas readers? Say hw bout droppin suggestion on wat i shud wear. Its formal and i hav to fit a mask on my face. So then drop ur opinions in the chatbox.

Back to where i belong

Ok... its monday and im back in kl again. Life sucks and is borin here bt its hw life goes on. Anyway, i manage to spend some time in melaka 2day. So, i went to Melaka with my cousin and uncle last nite. Late nite ride after the manchester derby. Was a good game. Who can complain after watchin 7 goals. Its a pity it was a man u win. Man city will be furious bt dat is none of my concern. At the mamak stall, i saw Vj, Vasan and Tinesh. Vj was supportin Man City. Nt actualli supportin bt he said a draw will b the best result. Tinesh was goin devils while Vasan kept quiet. Managed to dig up some gossip bt im nt gonna reveal it here. Less i gt kill by Vasan.

So Monday spent in Melaka. So lets go thru wat i did. Actualli jz some notable things i did. So then after sayin dat i wanted to visit Wan Dien's hse, i finally did it 2day. i drove to her hse. The stupid guard had to keep my drivin license. So i was practically drivin in Ozana without a license. Btw, the car i was drivin didnt hav a P oso. Her hse was.............. im nt allowed to say. Wan Dien said dat if i said anythin she will nt allow me to go to her hse again. So i better keep my mouth shut.

Later, i went to MBO to watch movie. So, i watch Where gt ghost by Jack Neo. Quite nice. A mixture of comedy and creepy. Im nt gonna elaborate on the movie though. Aint wanna act as a spoiler. So hey, watch it urself and be the judge.

Im meetin Kana at Mid Valley 2moro. So then bye.

Exam jz fin yesterday. So finally I hav the time to update my blog again. Exam was hell. Im nt interested in givin the details bt for those who thinks dat SAM is easy, think twice.

So, after the test, i went to Sunway to unwind with some of my classmates. We went and watch Up. Its quite old bt it was still nice. Man im so outdated bt nvm. It was a touching and warm movie i hav to agree. Well, if im nt mistaken Suet Yoong say she nearly cried or did she cried. Same goes with Michelle i think. Albeit over different scenes.

We spent hours in the bookstore. Suet Yoong was totally hook on buyin books. Charlene was lookin for some classics to read in LCCT. Michelle was pickin up every single book dat has animal pics on it. Jia Jia was lookin at some romance novel with some horny lookin pics as its cover. After MPH, it was popular. Btw Suet Yoong, I wan The Afghan book ok. Remember ok?

I hav to go back to sch and return the books i borrowed. Paid the one dollar fine for the Phy SASTA dat i didnt even open a page. B4 goin back i checked out 6 novels. And my target, to fin it by tues so i could borrow more. Oledi fin one book by the time i blog dis so shud be able to i hope. The weather was reallin playin with me. First it started drizzlin and i hav to run back to take my laundry. Then when i was half way back the rain stopped and the sun came out. i had to walk back in the scorchin heat.

Ok another day at sch. Another findin in ESL class. So dis was scribbled on the table.

So after readin dis i decided to test some ppl.

Eunice was thinkin...... and if i nt mistaken i heard Kimberley said its full of craters. Finally she answered, i will feel very offended. Very smart of them to hav thought of the trick.

After lunch, we entered C12. It was dark and Sean was sleepin in there. Eventho we enter nobody seem to bother to on the lights. So, first i stole Shu Sim's bag. Then she found out after like 5 mins. Next target was Ashlea. I took her bag. Suddenly, she turned around and shouted, Yes, i noe. Suet Yoong take my bag. Poor Suet Yoong. Was accused of stealin bags. Hah. Final target was Mark. As he was typin Miss Loke i wore shoes 2day on the computer, i conveniently hid his bag. He din realise it even when Miss Loke came into the class and turned on the lights. Darkness is fun.

So 2day i decided to cook dinner. And to some of my classmates' surprise, i could cook. So i decided to take a few photos to convince them. So then look at the proof.

This happens durin bio class in bio lab. So then there r 2 things dat r worth mentionin dat happen. So i will start with jun kiat the lover boy. Apparently, after dis few days, I think dat he lags somethin. He has been showin some particular fondness for dudes. So in order to prove dat, i will start with a few photos.

And next the second thing worth mentioning is dis. i will hav to giv u all a background of things. As we all noe, Alicia dun eat veg. Miss Loke was distributin the form for corroboree. So we all write our name. And there was an optional column for vegetarians. It was exploited by us.
Its quite blur, so i would explain wat is written. Bside Ally name we put there i <3 vege. We all tick that she is a vegetarian. We wan to make sure dat the person dat read the form understands dat she onli wans green veg and strictly no meat.

SY said, No or somehtin like dat. couldnt recall. Y dun u ask Sean for urself. or somethin like dat.

I was later made to understand that JK ask SY to marry Jere. And to counteract dat, SY ask JK to marry Sean especially after he felt like kissin a guy or more specifically QMC. I wont be surprised. Afterall, JK married his bed. So then i would like to noe the whole story, so for those who hav info, pls contact me.

Anyway saw somethin cool 2day. 2 bad my stupid phone cam is nt wotkin. So i would hav to describe it and let ur imagination run wild. Haha not dat interestin tho. So there was a car dat i think was burned. It was or mayb used to be a Toyota Vios. Its silver and the ugly new fat model Vios. Anyway, all the glass were broken, the engine chassis and the boots were half gone. And the chair is onli left the steal frame. Say, someone might hav hurled a molotov cocktail on dat car. Oh ya, the car was in front of myplace. So the residence there, feed me with ur story.

Oh well finally my turn for the long awaited phy presentation. Finally its all over. No more freaking SAM project anymore. Pls no more bomb shell Mr. John.

And i would like to thank Sean for giving some scratches and gashes. Im not sayin bad things about u behind ur back. I aint dat type of person. So if u r reading dis, heed my advice watch ur umbrella or use a smaller one.

Starting......

Oh well was supposed to start this blog long time ago. i promised myself to start a blog to talk my new life in subang. However, SAM is busier than i thought. Not that I'm free nw to start blogging. Bt hav some time to spare so i hav decided to start this lame piece of thing. Oh well next time i will giv u an overview of hw my room looks like. Haha.
